Iran movie ‘Fish Lake’ to appear on silver screen in Italy

Iranian film ‘Fish Lake’ has been scheduled to screen in Italian cinemas.

Directed by Maryam Dousti and produced by Saeed Saadi, the film is currently on the silver screen in Iranian cinemas.

An Italian filmmaking company has welcomed screening of the movie in the country.

The movie narrates the story of a few families coming together after the Iraq-imposed war on Iran and a lost love is found.

Written by Mostafa Rastegari, ‘Fish Lake’ premiered at the non-competition section of the 35th edition of Fajr Film Festival.

Among key film cast include Nader Fallah, Setareh Eskandari, Laleh Eskandari,‌ Roham Tadrisi, Hadiseh Tehrani.
